Succeeding the Stylo 5 smartphone from last year is the new LG Stylo 6 that has just been unveiled by the South Korean giant. It’s quite an upgrade over its predecessor, with improvements in the display size, battery capacity and more. This is, of course, a stylus-equipped smartphone, and it has its price set at $219.99 in the US. As of now, there’s no word on whether or not we’ll get to see this phone in India.
The front of the LG Stylo 6 is highlighted by a 6.8-inch FHD+ FullVision display bearing a resolution of 2460 x 1080 pixels. This panel goes for the full-screen appearance but has to make space for a waterdrop notch that occupies the phone’s 13MP selfie camera.
Coming to its internals, LG has blessed it with the octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor clocked at 2.3GHz. The smartphone also ships with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. A microSD card slot has made its way onto it, moreover, allowing users to expand the storage up to 2TB. A 4000mAh battery has also found its way into this new LG device.
The Stylo 6’s rear camera setup includes three shooters. The main one among them is a 13MP camera with a wide lens, while the secondary one is 5MP camera with an ultra wide-angle lens. The third camera is also 5MP in resolution and is meant to capture depth data for portrait shots. A headphone jack is indeed present on this LG handset, apart from a fingerprint scanner that can be found on its rear surface.
As we said, the LG Stylo 6 has only been launched in the US for now. We’ll have more on it if we hear anything about its Indian release.
